Hand-crafted in the UK from solid cedar wood, our Japanese baths are designed for both deep relaxation and revitalising contrast therapy. Naturally aromatic, beautifully tactile, and highly durable, cedar has been used for centuries in traditional Japanese bathing for its calming presence and resistance to moisture.
Each bath can be enjoyed as a luxurious hot soak or used as a refreshing plunge pool. Heating options include a traditional wood-fired heater for an authentic experience, or modern systems such as an air source heat pump or inline electric heater for precise, effortless temperature control.
For cold therapy, the baths can be filled directly with cold water from the tap, chilled further with ice, or paired with an optional air source chiller capable of cooling the water down to 5°C. This versatility makes them ideal for year-round use, whether for quiet relaxation, recovery, or daily wellness rituals.

Inspired by the Japanese ofuro, this is our smallest hot tub or plunge pool in the range. They are 5ft 6" long x 2ft 10" wide x 2ft 5" tall. The volume of the Japanese Bath is approx 700 litres.
Our double ended outdoor bath is made of solid cedar and is perfect for couples or even a young family.
Using the wood fired heater, the tub can be heated from cold to 40°C in approx. 1 hour. We also supply electric heating options.
There is the option of filling from a hot tap to use as a plunge pool, possibly with a bucket of ice thrown in for the extra chill factor!
